Maintenance Assistant's Requirements:
  • Familiar with shop practices, operations, use of equipment, hand and power tools, and materials.
  • Knowledge of safe working practices, life safety codes, and building codes.
  • Experienced in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry wall and painting and all phases of maintenance and rehabilitation work.
  • Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and strong ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work without supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality; must sign confidentiality agreement.
