- Familiar with shop practices, operations, use of equipment, hand and power tools, and materials.
- Knowledge of safe working practices, life safety codes, and building codes.
- Experienced in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry wall and painting and all phases of maintenance and rehabilitation work.
- Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and strong ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work without supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality; must sign confidentiality agreement.
