Part-Time (20 hours/week): 1:00 PM-5:00 PM Monday - FridayNO Cold Calling and NO Quotas. We want the best experience for our customers and our team members, based upon needs, not pressure.We will help you get your PA Property & Casualty, PA Life & Health Insurance licenses, if you don't already have them.ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Thomas Chickness - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. - Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide quotes, identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and services.
- Explain insurance coverages, options, billings and follow up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Strong "basic" Math skills, ability to solve problems and good computer skills (we will teach you our computer systems).
