The ISP/OSP Technician will provide comprehensive Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) cabling and wiring services, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing. This role supports Tier 2 resolution related to incident management and service requests.Duties and responsibilities:
  • 2–6 years of relevant ISP/OSP experience.
  • Ability to differentiate color codes (blue, orange, green, brown, slate, red, white, yellow, black, violet, rose, aqua).
  • Knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and networking best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2–6 years of relevant ISP/OSP experience.
  • Ability to differentiate color codes (blue, orange, green, brown, slate, red, white, yellow, black, violet, rose, aqua).
  • Knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and networking best practices.
  • Must comply with DoD 8140 and Defense Cyber Workforce (DCWF) requirements prior to assuming duties.
Desired:
  • 2+ years of ISP / OSP field experience.
Location: Tyndall AFB
