- Full-time salaried and part-time fee for service psychotherapist positions are both available.
- Psychotherapist work can be performed fully in-office, fully remote, or hybrid.
- Provide direct psychotherapy to clients through individual, family, couples, and/or group counseling.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, care providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate high quality communication, support, and coordination of care.
- The Psychotherapist will act as an essential member of the clinical team through regular collaboration with internal providers and participation in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
- Maintain client records in accordance with quality standards; complete clinical documentation including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Participate in the after-hours on call rotation, if applicable.
- Provide clinical supervision to staff or interns, as assigned.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Massachusetts independent licensure in a counseling discipline (e.g. LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) is preferred. Otherwise, candidates must be license eligible and actively working towards achieving independent licensure within two years of hire.
- Knowledge and experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and client populations.
- Strong computer skills including an ability to host telehealth sessions, use electronic health records, and proficiency with electronic communication.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team setting.
