  • Collaborate. You will collaborate with the UX design team, researchers, content, product and engineering to streamline UX processes and workflows.
  • You will need to plan ahead, managing project timelines, training, budgets, and resources. You'll assist in defining project requirements and establishing project goals and objectives.
  • Drive. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment and seek out the satisfaction of delivering real outcomes that help our users crush their jobs. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance design operations.
  • Scale. You embrace the opportunity to help solve problems for hundreds of designers, thousands of developers, hundreds of thousands of customers, and tens of millions of users; all built with ever-evolving technologies.
  • Share. You seek out, learn, and stay current on UX design trends, best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
  • You know what to measure, how to measure it, how to explain the impact and benefit of reaching those measures, and how to coach and mentor team members and peers to not just achieve them, but to contribute to your team's ability to excel.
  • Partner. You partner and collaborate effectively with Research, Product Design, Product Management, Product Engineering and Design System team. You understand what the product and design system teams need to be successful and keep everyone apprised of what you've delivered, how to use it, and what's coming next.
  • Facilitate Discussion. Your communication skills are vital to your success in UX Operations, whether in discussions with designers, engineers, product managers, or peers. Being vocal in your craft and effective at explaining why you hold your point of view is critical to this role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • You have 8-12 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in a similar role, plus experience in Figma, Miro or similar tools.
