- DB2, JCL, MQ knowledge, API
- Working on enterprise wide applications, Agile methodologies
- Candidate must have strong design and development experience using COBOL, JLC, DB/DC
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills with experience distilling and presenting complex quantitative analysis
