- Conduct initial qualifying meeting. Confirm ideal customer criteria and gain a mutual understanding of customer needs and expectations relative to Office Technology offerings and LOC's ability to deliver services to meet those needs
- Develop proposal and presentation strategies to meet and exceed customers' requirements and expectations.
- Keep CRM up-to-date with contacts and potential sales
- Keep current on new product developments, market competition and industry trends ' provides feedback as appropriate.
