Provide engineering services for the support of the C212 and CN235 aircraft operating in the U.S.
Provide in-service structural repair design and substantiation support for Airbus DS customers.
Generate and review engineering drawings, structural design and substantiations, technical reports, and other technical publications for new aircraft modifications.
Review structural analysis documents within the team to verify compliance with airworthiness standards and report any potential non-compliance.
SolidWorks experience is required.
Knowledge and Ability: 30%
Ability to perform static strength analysis.
Ability to perform fatigue and damage tolerance studies preferred.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Aeronautical) or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
4-6 years' experience in an aerospace engineering environment required.
Previous experience/knowledge in CASA C212 and CN235 aircraft is a plus.
2+ years' experience working in SolidWorks is required.
Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):
Must understand, read and write proficiently in the English language to read and understand appropriate manuals, schematics, and technical information necessary to adequately perform duties.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required but considered a plus for communications with ADS Spain.
Technical Systems Proficiency:
Proficient in MS Project, MS Office Suite, SolidWorks, and various CAD suites.
