As a Specialty Pharmacy Shipping and Receiving Clerk you have an opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a patient within the specialty pharmacy, the fastest growing part of the pharmacy industry. In this role you will partner closely with the Operations Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package customer orders for shipment. You will also assist with stocking supplies and other tasks associated within the department. With opportunity for growth, this is a great position to transition into if you enjoy being on your feet and working in a team-oriented environment.Pack out boxes for mail order and specialty prescriptions for UPS, USPS, courier deliveryStock/condition ice for cold chain shippingManage off-site warehouse relations supply chain teamCoordinate delivery and receiving of packaging suppliesManage packaging supply inventory with various vendors (including cold chain)Pallet jack operationsCardboard and pallet recyclingAvailable-Monday through Saturday within our operating hours of 7:30am-7:30pm EST. Saturday hours 7:30am-4:00pm on every 12-week rotation. Position Compensation Range: $15.07 - $23.36 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Graduate or Equivalent. Experience: No experience required.Licensure: May require a valid Virginia Driver’s License. PHYSICAL DEMANDSJob requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping/traveling and driving. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50-100lbs.
