Manufacturing Technician I - Packaging / Inspection

- Obtain and maintain qualification for in-process packaging inspection test set
- Obtain and maintain qualification to at least one visual inspection test set
- Perform inspection of syringes and/or vials in a cleanroom environment and secondary packaged product in a controlled environment.
- Evaluate product quality in a timely manner according to defined specifications and methods.
- Carefully follow work instructions as written, document work in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
- Maintain and record product accountability.
- Maintain accurate product inventory using ERP system.
- Maintain ISO 8 gowning qualification.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement and promote progressive quality culture
- Successfully attain performance period accountabilities establishes by the employee and their supervisor
- Successfully attain budget/business objectives.
- Comply with corporate policy and procedures.
- Comply with Regulatory and Industry standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High attention to detail
- General computer knowledge in a Microsoft Windows operating system environment
- Ability to work effectively using written procedures and test methods.
- Visual Inspection or packaging experience with medical device or equivalent regulated industry a strong plus!
Location: Chaska, MNShift: Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm
