Job Description: The Site Superintendent will be responsible for all aspects for the daily operations of the project. The Site Superintendent will lead the onsite team keeping safety and quality at the forefront, drive the schedule and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors. This position is being filled to support Kina'ole's Hawaii office located in Honolulu and will support projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the site-specific work schedule, appropriation of manpower, and track material and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinates, schedules and manages field crews and subcontractors in order to execute the construction project on time, on budget.
  • Coordinate daily with Project Manager.
  • Develop and implement 3-week schedule while assisting with updating overall project schedule.
  • Complete daily reporting requirements.
  • Monitor workmanship and maintain compliance with submittal requirements.
  • Read/Understand Plans and Specifications, and update as-builts.
  • Track and complete punch list according to contract requirements.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Design Build Construction with projects of at least $10-100M in value.
  • A minimum 3 years of experience on construction contracts as a Site Superintendent.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • First Aid/CPR Certification.
