- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze network solutions and provide expertise to identify vulnerabilities in solutions.
- Keep up with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
- Apply your deep understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed.
- Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.
- Flexible, decisive & proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Internal and external customer interface experience.
- Experience with planning, designing, and executing network security analysis and development.
- Hands-on experience with networking hardware, such as routers, firewalls, switches, load balancers and VPN concentrators.
- The ability to do complex analysis on networks and systems for weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
- Experience with network automation and monitoring systems, such as Ansible, Python, rGPC and Riverbed.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System and/or U*NIX.
- Perform in-depth and complex engineering and analysis involving all aspects of the networks including core, distribution edge, border, Layer 3/2 routing and switching.

- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Advanced proficiency using open-source tools such Metasploit, BurpSuite, nmap, Nagios, and Wireshark.
- Excellent written communications skills.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Requisite years’ experience as a Computer Network Engineer or similar role (see Education for requirements)
- Advanced GIAC and/or (ISC)2 network/cyber security specialties
- Familiar with 802.11, Bluetooth and LTE protocols and technologies
- Experience with wired telephony technology (hardware or core software)
- Familiar with mobile telephony technology (hardware or core software)
- Experience with ubiquitous core network device (switch/router/hub) technology (hardware or core software)
4 years’ applicable experience with a PhD, OR
6 years’ applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR
8 years’ applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR
10 years’ applicable experience with an associate degreeLevel 4
