We are seeking a skilled and creative Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs for kitchens and bathrooms. This role requires a deep understanding of interior design principles, knowledge of construction and remodeling, and proficiency in utilizing design software.Responsibilities: * Consult with clients to determine their preferences, requirements, and budget for kitchen and bath designs.
  • Create comprehensive design plans, including layout, color schemes, materials, and fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Develop detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines, and present them to clients for approval.
  • Provide expert advice on space utilization, functionality, and design aesthetics.
  • Source and recommend suitable materials, appliances, cabinetry, fixtures, and accessories for the projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are executed according to plan and within budget.
  • Use design software and tools to create 2D and 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design innovations related to kitchen and bath design.
Requirements: * 3-6 years of proven experience in kitchen and bath design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical work, and building codes related to kitchen and bath design.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, and space planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines.
  • A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
