- Direct and coordinate departmental functions for patient care and cost containment.

- Supervise personnel, evaluate performance, and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures consistent with organizational and nursing standards.
- 3 years of Recent Acute Care Management experience within the unit REQUIRED.
- Bachelor's in Nursing required.
- Current State of Texas RN license or compact state license required.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
