- Interact with a number of functional subgroups within the Facilities Operations structure; which may include: Customer Service Center, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Building Trades, Grounds, Life-Safety Systems, Departmental Administration, Small Projects, and Engineering.
- Complete a specific project, or multiple projects which requires strategic thinking, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Interact with Facilities Senior Leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Be over eighteen years of age and in good academic standing. Major in Facilities Management or related degree preferred.
- Must be able to perform the principle duties, tasks, physical demands, and responsibilities of the position.
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must possess computer systems competency and have familiarity of Microsoft Office Software Suite.
- Must be a self-motivated individual, who pursues innovation.
- Be able to pass a background check.
