We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate.   • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads

  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
  • Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales contact)
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Participate in regular training and education requirements
  • Support team initiatives and growth
  • Be willing to test new ideas and able to provide constructive feedback

Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Must possess a Texas real estate license or be willing to start the process of becoming licensed
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts
  • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
  • Passionate about selling
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Proven leadership, Independent and self-motivated
  • Extremely strong phone skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
