- Manage field repair needs and provide support for setting up seasonal shops and offsite events
- Associate Degree or Trade School
- 1 year of experience in facilities and maintenance
- Skilled with Microsoft Office
- Able to lift 75 pounds
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
- Understanding of preventive maintenance principles and practices
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 plus years of experience in facilities and maintenance
- Demonstrates meticulous adherence to established procedures and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Displays precision and attention to detail, consistently checking and double-checking work
- Works independently at a steady pace, minimizing reliance on others for completion
- Provides support and service to others in a professional and polite manner, fostering positive interactions
