This is a unique opportunity for professionals who have experience with short-term stay patient care and who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Our facility prides itself on creating a supportive environment where you can grow professionally and contribute to the wellbeing of our patients. We are looking for 3 RN's at this time. Morning, Evening and Overnight Shifts are available for this position. Please only apply if you are able to commit to 5 shifts/week including every other weekend.Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing within this state.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality care to patients, preferably with a background in short-term stay patient care.
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a team and communicate positively with patients, families, and staff at all levels.
- Fluency in the Russian language is a must.
- Provide compassionate and efficient care to patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay abreast of best practices in nursing care.
