The Senior Project Manager will oversee federal construction projects located in the Chicago area. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to construction and maintenance of projects. Great opportunity to grow your career with a top general contractor that works on federal projects.
  • Develop and implement master project schedule
  • Identify critical path and long lead items
  • Perform quality control duties
  • Coordinate required inspections with local municipalities and jurisdictions
  • Document control (RFI's, change orders, submittals, etc.)
  • Participate in client meetings, establish and grow long-standing client relationships

  • 3+ years of construction experience with a general contractor
  • Degree in construction management or related discipline
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and other construction drawings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft platforms including Microsoft Project
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
