- Loading raw materials into the machines and adjusting machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
- Monitoring the machines during operation to ensure they are producing parts to specifications and making adjustments as necessary.
- Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and making adjustments to the machine as needed.
- Performing regular maintenance on machines to ensure they are operating correctly and minimizing downtime.
- Troubleshooting issues that arise during production and collaborating with other team members to resolve them.
- Following safety procedures and wearing appropriate protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Six months to one year of experience operating CNC
- Familiar with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.
- The ability to understand and interpret measurements
