- Manage and expand high-level customer accounts within the automotive OEM space.

- Drive sales in areas such as body-in-white, welding, stamping, material handling, and advanced paint systems.
- Balance the cultivation of existing accounts with the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in selling automation solutions to automotive OEMs.
- Strong capabilities in managing OEM-level customer relationships.
- An engineering background is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong business skills.
- Japanese language proficiency is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Competitive salary starting at $130,000, scaling up to $150,000 based on experience.
- Commission structure with potential earnings of $250,000 to $400,000 for top performers.
