Position Announcement: Yuma Campus DirectorNortheastern Junior College is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Yuma Campus Director. For information about NJC, see the college website at .What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:The position is the primary representative for NJC in the Yuma region and is an active participant in the community promoting NJC and programs that support students. The Yuma Campus director provides customer service to students and supports Adult and Community Education based at the Yuma Campus. The Yuma Campus director is the point of contact with tenants in the building, and works with the Yuma Campus Facilities and IT coordinator to ensure the building and equipment support NJC students and tenants. The Yuma Campus Director participates in recruiting students and developing program and class ideas that address needs in the community. The Yuma Campus Director must be a self-starter, organized and able to work independently to solve problems and generate strategies fully utilizing the Yuma Campus.   • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational ability
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to students, community members and partners through active engagement at community events in the region
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License
What We Can Offer:This is a full-time professional appointment. Annual salary is $52,000-58,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
