Tatum by Randstad is seeking an Internal Audit IT Manager to join an established Gaming Organization's growing operations. The Internal Audit IT Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and improving the IT audit function within the organization.This position involves leading audits of IT systems, infrastructure, and processes to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, as well as safeguarding assets and enhancing the efficiency of IT operations. All of which include but not limited to risk assessment, planning, and performance of audit work, directing and providing oversight and expertise on technical audits, Gaming Compliance, and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).Additionally, the Internal Audit IT manager regularly interacts with mid-to-senior level management to discuss and resolve potentially contentious issues and recommends improved business practices.This is an immediate need and is a Direct Hire opportunity for the right candidate.Compensation range for the position is between $110K - $125K with a 15% annual bonus included depending on experience.This a hybrid role: Wed/Thurs are on-site.Candidates must reside in Las Vegas, NV*** There is no relocation assistance at this time***location: Las Vegas, Nevada

  • Plan and execute IT audits to assess the efficacy, reliability, and security of information systems and technology infrastructure.
  • Manage a team of 3 - 4 IT auditors, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and refine the IT audit methodology and risk assessment framework in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to understand IT initiatives and future projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and audit standards.
  • Provide expert advice on IT governance, risk management, and control strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings, including risks, impact, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor the implementation of agreed-upon IT audit recommendations to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  • Stay abreast of developments in IT audit standards, cybersecurity threats, technologies, and governance practices.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants on IT-related audits.
  • Ensure audits are completed on time and within budget.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity and discretion.
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in IT audit, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Solid knowledge and experience of IT Audit controls across domains such as access, change management, operations, application controls and reports testing.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure including networks, databases, cloud services, and security.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Experience with Oracle and other cloud based ERP platforms strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Alteryx preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels within the company.
  • Must be able to obtain Gaming licensing in all gaming jurisdictions required.
