With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.Position Summary:The Web Content Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our healthcare company's digital content strategy. This includes overseeing the creation and maintenance of web content that aligns with our brand, goals and objectives, and healthcare compliance standards.They are a leader in driving measurable results, and proposing areas of opportunity to enhance our digital presence and strategy.The right candidate will have the ability to lead teams effectively, a strong analytical background, and have a proven ability to interpret data and present findings to internal customers and executive leadership.Position Responsibilities:Key Areas of ResponsibilityContent Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and management of engaging, accurate, and informative content that is compliant with healthcare regulations. Ensure consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice across all web platforms.Project Management: Manage web projects with a hybrid team, including healthcare experts, service line leaders, and marketing professionals and ensuring alignment with other stakeholders. Facilitate project timelines, resource management, and direct work as needed.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and track content performance using analytics tools to inform and adjust strategy as needed.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with a hybrid team of content creators, editors, and other marketing professionals to produce high-quality content, both internal and external.Compliance and Regulation Adherence: Ensure all web content complies with industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA and other healthcare-related legal requirements.User Experience and Accessibility: Enhance user experience and accessibility on the website, ensuring content is patient-centric and easy to navigate.Perform other related duties as required. Occasional night and weekend work required.Working RelationshipsThis Job Reports To (Job Title): Dir of Digital MarketingNumber-Direct Reports: 1 (Contingent Web Specialist)If applicable, describe nature of supervision of any External vendors, contractors, affiliate organizations, etc.Supervision of a Contingent Web Specialist and vendor relationship managementQualificationsEducationMinimum: Bachelor’s DegreePreferred: Master’s DegreeExperienceMinimum: of 5 years’ experience in web content strategy and development.Preferred: Healthcare experience helpful, though other industry experience will be considered.Language SkillsStrong command of English languageKnowledge, Skills and Ability RequirementsDigital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in content marketing, leveraging data analytics to drive strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication and Content Skills:
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively present, negotiate, and communicate across various disciplines and groups, including working with vendors and customers.
Healthcare Compliance Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations, ensuring adherence in all web content.
Leadership and Management:
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience in leading teams effectively with clear communication and expectation setting.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage requests from diverse sources, balancing varied personalities and meeting deadlines.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Skilled in using content management systems and analytics tools.
  • Basic Photoshop skills.
  • Skilled in using web planning software and tools such as Figma, XD, Miro or similar tools.
  • Competency in Office Suite, with strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
Collaboration Skills:
  • Strong ability to collaborate with different teams, including the capacity to negotiate and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
