Probate - Estate Planning Paralegal

• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of the attorney
• Assist attorneys in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Prepare and file documents for probate, guardianship, and conservatorship proceedings
• Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in probate, guardianship, and conservatorship cases
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping case files and client documents organized so all documents are readily accessible
• Coordinate with clients to gather relevant information for estate planning matters

• 2-5 years of paralegal experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work product
• Must have great time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
