We are currently seeking a professional candidate to provide support to our clients and our Retirement Plan Services Team.We offer a complete line of benefits including on-site workout facility, pet insurance, paid volunteer time and identity protection coverage. We love to show our appreciation and provide fun and unique perks throughout the year.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PARTICIPANT SERVICES ASSISTANT:As a Participant Services Assistant you arrive each day ready to maintain and improve the relationship between our company and our clients. Through addressing internal and external client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner, you are a key component to the team. You serve as a liaison to our clients and handle their phone inquiries within established guidelines.In addition, as a Participant Services Assistant you will utilize your organizational & clerical skills and attention to detail to assist in the production, preparation and tracking of client correspondences and information such as:
  • Primary department contact for participant phone calls
  • Contact Retirement Plan Services clients regarding plan information and documentation
  • Accurately transcribe correspondence and written reports for delivery to clients
  • Prepare special mailings
  • Entering distribution requests and related fee information
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PARTICIPANT SERVICES ASSISTANT:
  • 2 year degree Associates Degree or 2 years relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
  • Passion for providing superb customer service
