- The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of othersResponsibilities:- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and toileting to clients in their homes
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
- Help with medication reminders and maintaining a safe environment for clients
- Report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their familiesRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in caregiving or a related field
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
