About usJob PurposeTo manage the global assessment strategy for our leadership population encompassing the areas of selection, promotion, development and talent identification.Key Accountabilities
  • Perform organisational assessments and establish action plans in order to identify areas for organisational effectiveness interventions, actively promoting coordination of Change efforts across the organisation and taking the lead in ensuring the action plans are created and tracked through to a successful outcome.
  • Develop a strong and coherent regional strategy for change management, utilizing the Change methodology and toolkit to develop change capacity in the organisation.
  • Support and enable employees to develop the skills, competencies and attitudes to learn, work together, deliver their work to the highest standards and be accountable for it.
  • Develop a strong network of contacts across the organisation in order to action specific organisational development plans and ensure that there is consistency and cohesion between diverse workstreams.
  • Design and lead interventions partnering with multiple stakeholders within the Business and HR.
  • Build capability across the organisation through coaching, identifying training needs and sharing best practice in order to meet Business demands and increase the organisation's potential to Perform effectively.
  • Provide consultancy on organizational effectiveness best practices to colleagues across the organisation, proactively retaining and building expert knowledge of external developments within this area in order to provide modern, fit for purpose advice to enable achievement of strategic goals.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence others.
  • Evidence of Excellent relationship building ability across a wide variety of audiences and situations.
  • Excellent networking and collaboration skills.
