A highly regarded construction business in the Denver Metro Area awaits a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager specializing in glazing. This opportunity promises extensive growth prospects and hands-on experience spanning projects in Curtain Wall, Storefront Window, and other glass scopes.Commercial Glazing Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • Actively participate in the safety plans and measures of the branch and assigned projects
  • Prepare RFI's, submittals and shop drawings
  • Create/manage punch lists proactively
  • This individual will provide project management support to commercial projects specifically in the scope of Commercial Glazing
  • Assist in the buyout of subcontractors, issue contracts and proactively sequence and manage the subcontractor's work including billings and change orders
  • Lead and mentor Project Engineers in project management

  • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager overseeing projects
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred
