- Actively participate in the safety plans and measures of the branch and assigned projects
- Prepare RFI's, submittals and shop drawings
- Create/manage punch lists proactively
- This individual will provide project management support to commercial projects specifically in the scope of Commercial Glazing
- Assist in the buyout of subcontractors, issue contracts and proactively sequence and manage the subcontractor's work including billings and change orders
- Lead and mentor Project Engineers in project management
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager overseeing projects
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred
- Competitive salary ($105,000 - $130,000)
