- We are happy to provide full-service intake, billing, and all referrals. This allows you to focus on providing quality care and minimal documentation! One year minimum commitment at the start, but hopefully, this is a long-term fit

- Counseling youth and loving this work: 2+ years (required)
- Passion for working with youth and early intervention
- Understanding of child development and needs at various stages
- Understanding of childhood mental health disorders
- Providing support to parents as part of the care
- Willing to work collaboratively with a team
- Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines
- Documentation in a timely way (within policy guidelines)
- Google Docs and Gmail for internal communications
- Prior experience in outpatient counseling (preferred)
- Experience working with military families (preferred)
- Experience as an effective outpatient provider (preferred)
- Prior Telehealth experience (preferred)
- Desire to connect with the team and attend social events (preferred)
- Willingness to work with couples (preferred)
- Military population experience (preferred)
- Help with substitute supervision as needed
- Bilingual (preferred)
