As a Project Manager you will be owning coordination, communication, and risk mitigation on projects, ensuring the entire project runs smoothly. These projects will range across the iCrossing offering across Strategy, UX/Design/Content, Technology, SEO, and Media.What you'll do
  • Manage projects across digital experiences.
  • Manage project budgets, billing, and time tracking.
  • Manage development of pricing, proposals, and Statements of Work / Change Orders in collaboration with engagement team members, Client Finance, and Contracts.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with managers across iCrossing service disciplines, external partners and vendors, including offshore and near shore teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' business models, opportunities, and risks that they face and align project execution tactics around these needs.
  • Maintain project plans, resource assignments, and other project related documents and publish to appropriate stakeholders, including regular updates to iCrossing's resource planning system.
  • Ensure successful completion of projects on-time, in-budget, and with agreed quality.
  • Responsible for continuously re-evaluating the processes and plans to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Who you are
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a fast paced, business solutions focused environment. Preferably, in projects focused customer experience, digital transformation (strategy/solution to design/UX to tech implementation), and content development.
  • Experience managing cross functional teams.
  • Effective communication both written and oral.
  • Adaptable to rapidly changing business needs and priorities.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Lean methodologies preferred.
  • Detail oriented with great problem solving and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude with a focus on the success of the team over individual successes.
  • Applies ingenuity and determination to find the best possible options to support business needs.
  • Takes ownership of outstanding issues, is accountable, and establishes a high level of credibility with others in the organization
  • Respects other people's opinions and suggestions and works to create an “environment of trust.”

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
