We are seeking a skilled Mid and Senior Electrical Designers and Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating detailed electrical designs for facilities under the mentorship of a project engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, be proficient in design software, and demonstrate a commitment to integrating sustainable and efficient solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive electrical designs, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software to prepare detailed schematics and plans.
- Interpret and apply relevant codes, standards, and best practices in electrical design.
- Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality.
For Mid-Level Electrical Designer:
- High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) commercial consulting industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in electrical design software such as Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid foundation in electrical systems, codes, and standards relevant to commercial projects.
- Experience in designing power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems for commercial buildings. Familiarity with energy-efficient and sustainable design practices preferred.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple aspects of electrical design projects under supervision.
- 8+ years of in-depth experience in the MEP commercial consulting sector. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical design and simulation software. Leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED) certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading electrical design projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to mentor junior designers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The ability to oversee complex projects, ensuring they meet budget, quality, and time objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) commercial consulting industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in electrical design software such as Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid foundation in electrical systems, codes, and standards relevant to commercial projects.
- Experience in designing power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems for commercial buildings. Familiarity with energy-efficient and sustainable design practices preferred.

- Designers with 2-10 years' experience: $50K - $85K
- Lead Designer: $80K - $100k
- EITs with 2-4+ years' experience: $55K - $85k
- PEs with 2-8+ years' experience: $75k - $125K
- Lead Engineer: $110k - $145K
