- Developing remedial strategies and site-specific closure strategies;
- Performing remediation alternatives analysis, feasibility studies and technology selection, remedy implementation cost benefit analysis, and reserve estimating;
- Effectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business;
- Managing challenging technical projects while leveraging your existing knowledge and experience to help Geosyntec expand its current practices and capabilities through business development and client management;
- Managing and mentoring of junior staff and managing subcontractors;
- Preparing for and participating in meetings with clients, regulatory personnel, and other parties; and
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, chemical, or environmental preferred) geology, or related sciences field (required)
- Advanced degree in the same. (preferred)
- Professional registration (i.e., P.E., P.G., etc.) (preferred)
- At least 10 years (15+ years preferred) of direct environmental consulting experience in conceptual site model development, regulatory interpretation, and remediation strategy development and implementation; (required)
- Experience managing the overall delivery of projects including, project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management. (required)
- Experience building multi-disciplinary project teams. (required)
- Demonstrated success in the development and management of clients. (required)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
