Job Description:Position Summary DetailsThe Rental Car Driver drives vehicles to and from assigned locations. Depending on the contractual need, this could be around airport grounds, or it could be from a nearby rental car facility.Essential Functions
  • Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates
  • Employee is further responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc
  • Complies with all safety, security, compliance and safety standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Responsibilities
  • Drives vehicles within and/or between rental locations
  • Inspects vehicles on a regular basis to find any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
  • Immediately reports any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • Will be trained to drive Large Passenger Vehicles (SUV's, Van, Pickups, etc)
  • Performs pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions, compliance with proper safety standards
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must maintain Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience
  • 1 year of similar work experience
