- Team Management: Participate in recommendations for hiring of assigned staff. Assign and monitor staff tasks. Set performance expectations, monitor performance, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Cleaning Duties: Clean assigned areas including, but not limited to: bedrooms, common areas, bathrooms, dining room, administrative areas, and conference rooms. Ensure assigned areas are cleaned according to standards and in a timely manner. Ensure laundry is completed on a daily basis.
- Inventory Management: Ensure cleaning supplies inventory is maintained.
- Safety Management: Report needed repairs or safety hazards immediately to supervisor.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with agency policy and all required regulatory standards.
- Professional Development: Attend assigned meetings. Participate in required in-service training.
- Agency Duties: Keep abreast of developments in Agency's areas of services and expertise.
- Must be able to get important points across, written and oral, and understand the needs of children.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results. Deadlines are met and services expediently delivered.
- Must be able to contribute as a team member so as to promote the achievement of team goals.
- Must be able to fulfill the responsibilities of the position with minimal supervision. Makes prudent decisions.

- Experience: Minimum one year experience in housekeeping and maintenance preferred.
