  • Team Management: Participate in recommendations for hiring of assigned staff. Assign and monitor staff tasks. Set performance expectations, monitor performance, and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Cleaning Duties: Clean assigned areas including, but not limited to: bedrooms, common areas, bathrooms, dining room, administrative areas, and conference rooms. Ensure assigned areas are cleaned according to standards and in a timely manner. Ensure laundry is completed on a daily basis.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure cleaning supplies inventory is maintained.
  • Safety Management: Report needed repairs or safety hazards immediately to supervisor.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with agency policy and all required regulatory standards.
  • Professional Development: Attend assigned meetings. Participate in required in-service training.
  • Agency Duties: Keep abreast of developments in Agency's areas of services and expertise.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM-1:30pmCompensation: $41,000-$50,000/annually (Depending on Education & Experience)Benefits:

RequirementsQualifications:
  • Education: High school degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year experience in housekeeping and maintenance preferred.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and software utilized by the office.
  • Valid South Dakota driver's license preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires standing for extended periods of time. Some exposure to cleaning chemicals, requiring attentive and safe utilization.Must successfully complete all required background/pre-employment checks. EEO/AA.
