If this sounds like a career for you, apply to be a part of our great team.Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, detail orientated, problem solving individual to join our talented group as a Salesforce Administrator in our Home Office.Remote locations available in CA, WA, NV, AZ, UT, NC, MD, CO, and TXPosition Overview:We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator with a history of working directly in a call center or support ticket queue. This person will understand Salesforce platform capabilities and features and assist in streamlining communication and enhance customer interactions across various channels.Team Overview:The Salesforce team at Tri Pointe Homes has been fully remote since its inception in 2017 and consists of seven team members, including admins, business analysts, an architect and developer. Our team supports the company's sales and marketing department nationwide, utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Lightning Scheduler, Chat/In-App Messaging, and Voice. We meet in-person three times per year for team building in places like Irvine, California, Scottsdale, Arizona, and Austin, Texas. Pickleball skills are a plus, but not mandatory.Position Responsibilities:
  • Create, design and review development plans for Salesforce projects and integrations to ensure security, performance, and development. This includes making sure that solutions are scalable, dependable, and provide a best-in-class experience for users and customers.
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases.
  • Provide production support for tickets with customer service level focus.
  • Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system.
  • Partner with internal Salesforce team to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs.
  • Participate in the change management process. Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in QA processes and adhere to DevOps processes.
  • Create and maintain team, end-user, and customer-facing documentation for functionality, features, process, and policy for Salesforce and related systems.
  • Create user stories and evaluate complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners.
Position Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com for 100+ users.
  • 2+ years’ Call center or support ticket queue experience
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce.com architecture
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate requirements.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills to research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and potential project blockers.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners.
  • Experience configuring and implementing the latest salesforce products.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $40.10-53.13 per hour, equivalent to $83,400-11,500 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
