  • Participate in client engagements from the beginning to completion - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects
  • Prepare or review returns for partnership, corporate and foreign tax clients, including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns, estimated payments and extensions, and Federal and State tax audits
  • Tax research, consultation and preparation of client memorandum
  • Develop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunities
  • Work to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities
The qualifications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 3-8 years recent experience in public accounting
  • CPA or Bar License
  • Strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs
  • This position may require some local and national travel (note: currently no firm travel)

Please review position location for applicable geographic location.Colorado monthly base range is as follows:$6,583.33 to $9208.33We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff.
