Major Responsibilities
  • This program will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to become a successful licensed nursing home administrator and will set you up for a rewarding career with Consulate Health Care as an Executive Director.
  • Gain immediate on the job experience and exposure by observing and participating in all functional areas of a skilled nursing facility, including administration, social services, human resources, quality of life, marketing, nursing and resident care, dietary, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Learn and master our Core Values while prioritizing caring for our residents and employees.
Minimum Qualifications
  • You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in healthcare. Advanced degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
  • Two-year commitment to complete the AIT program and serve in your first Administrator role for the year following.
  • Willingness to relocate to any Consulate Health Care center in the operating states for the duration of the AIT program or initial placement as an Administrator upon successful completion of the program.
