Responsibilities
● Conduct research and analysis to design and execute customized travel plans for clients
● Understand the clients' travel goals, preferences, and expectations, and tailor the trips accordingly
● Stay updated on the latest travel trends, products, and regulations, and complete ongoing training and certification programs
● Participate in webinars and meetings with vendors and suppliers, and build relationships with them to access exclusive deals and offers
● Manage the clients' travel budgets and optimize the value of their trips
● Create and distribute promotional materials to attract new clients and generate referrals
● Monitor the travel situation and restrictions in different destinations, and advise the clients accordingly
● Arrange all travel-related bookings and reservations (flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, events, etc.)
● Communicate effectively with the clients before, during, and after their trips, and address any issues or concerns that may arise
● Network with tour operators and other travel professionals to explore new possibilities and packages for the clients
● Work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability
Requirements
● Must be at least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the US
● Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a sales-oriented mindset
● Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop preferred but not mandatory
● Must have personal or professional travel experience, or a strong interest in travel
● Must have previous experience in customer service or hospitality, or a relevant qualificationPowered by JazzHR
