- Answering incoming calls, taking Guests orders/special requests with 100% accuracy
- Charging out checks to rooms, credit cards, or cash
- Assisting with e-mails, ordering supplies, updating menu and information binders, Guest amenity traces and set up, as well as data entry and filing
- Assisting the Captains with table set-up and checking orders as they go out
- Helping to keep the 24 hour TSA Office clean and organized
- Charging out amenities, counting and filing the receipts
- Closing out cash bank with 100% accuracy, paying out IRD servers daily and logging their cash tips in our daily and bi-weekly cash tip log
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous food and beverage experience required
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Ability to obtain/maintain government and/or state required licenses and certifications such as Food Handler's card
