  • Reports to President/CEO.
  • Provides leadership, innovation, and oversight of the data analytics function.
  • Aligns and directs executives and other business leaders using data analytics and business intelligence to ensure alignment with T&C’s vision and objectives.
  • Develops reports, dashboards, web services and machine learning for internal teams.
  • Organizes and assembles teams, technology, and processes to meet T&C’s current and future data analytics needs.
  • Provides management visibility into data-driven insights that inform T&C’s strategic direction.
  • Acts as subject matter expert in designing and recommending analytic approaches for T&C needs and establishes KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
  • Develops data standards and structures large data sets to find usable information.
  • Actively listens, integrates input from diverse sources, and collaboratively translates business questions into data and analysis requirements.
  • Provides on-going ROI through WEB and Mobile analytics derived from the DOMO solution to customers.
  • Undertakes an organization-wide evaluation of our user data collection process and provides suggestions for improvement.
  • Leverages the DOMO solution through storytelling and voice of customer emphasis.
  • Promotes data driven decision making and fosters a “data culture” across the organization.
  • Provides data to support proposals, RFP responses and other business development efforts.
  • Develops and maintains the current and target state data technology architecture, integration, and platform blueprints.
  • Leads workshops and develops business cases for data & analytics teams, processes, and technologies.
  • Owns all phases of the data science product lifecycle (exploratory data analysis, model development, model productionizing, rollout, and evaluation).
  • Develops roadmaps that prioritize high-impact projects.
  • Ensures the dissemination and adherence to all company policies.
  • Maintains adherence to sustainability programs and all security and safety policies.
  • Provides and role models attitude of service to staff and guests.
  • Operates within the Company’s Core Values, Company Brand and Business Principles.

  • Skill as a storyteller using creativity, pragmatism and out of the box thinking
  • Proactive approach with hands on / can-do mindset
  • 10 years’ experience in data analytics, data science, or other applicable technical skills, preferably as a lead in these areas
  • Experience working with large data sets and computing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to provide actionable insights that move the business forward exponentially
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and data architecture design and development
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional groups in unified direction
  • Ability to influence business leaders and executives
  • Strong foundation in math, statistics, and computer science
  • Ability to present data in various visual formats such as graphs and infographics
  • Experience bringing together diverse functions and successfully guiding them through data analytic projects
  • Enjoys hands-on prototyping/ modeling
  • Unrelenting desire to solve problems and ability to prove hypothesis or belief while being aware of biases
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • A critical thinker who loves creating and sharing insights
  • Have a working knowledge of common data structures, languages, and tools (e.g. SQL, VB, Python, R)
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to demonstrate calmness and composure in times of uncertainty and stress
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Exemplifies health department standards
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Entry Level CompensationUSD $129,200.00/Yr.Maximum CompensationUSD $174,500.00/Yr.
