Company : Allegheny Health NetworkJob Description :Allegheny Health Network’s Neuroscience Institute is recruiting a full time Multiple Sclerosis Neurologist to join our Multiple Sclerosis Treatment Center located at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh PA.Job Duties:
  • Serve as a Physician leader in a multi-specialty group practice and health care system
  • MS Lead is responsible for day to day operations at the site and is accountable for clinical, professional, administrative, education, research and quality issues
  • Participate in the training and education of neurology residents
  • Be a team player and active participant in the development and growth of the multiple sclerosis program at the health network
  • Assist with the maintenance and expansion of certification status for all AHN network hospitals
Job Qualifications:
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
  • Pennsylvania License
  • Multiple Sclerosis Fellowship
  • PhD/MD Graduate of accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
  • Completion of accredited residency and fellowship if required by specialty
  • Current PA MD licensure in good standing; current unrestricted DEA certificate
