- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 180 days of employment start date
- Current Active Basic Cardiac Life Support through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 180 days of employment start date
- Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Kansas
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
- Pharmacy Residency (PGY1 or 2 years of hospital clinical experience
- Board certified as Pharmacotherapy Specialist or other recognized specialty practice area Registered as a preceptor with the Kansas Board of Pharmacy
- Registered as a preceptor with the Kansas Board of Pharmacy
- Specialty residency training (PGY2)
- Specialty fellowship training
- Three years of clinical experience in adult medicine pharmacy
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws, TJC, ad professional practice standards
