POSITION SUMMARYPrepares and serves food and beverages in the cafeteria. Prepare some small grilled items, including breakfast and lunch. Use proper procedures for collecting money for food, beverages and credit card sales. Responsible for setting up the cafeteria, and stocking, rotating, labeling and dating all supplies. Responsible for meal charges and documentation. Cleans and maintains all counters, steam wells, sinks and other equipment in the cafeteria. Is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing café items, trays, utensils, etc., through a dish machine. Put stock and deliveries away as neededBENEFITS
