- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory which positions the organization for strong growth across target industry sectors.
- Develop and nurture a robust distribution network, with a focus on leveraging existing relationships.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities in core applications, including water/wastewater technology, process engineering, and the pump industry.
- Collaborate closely with German HQ and the US distributor to align strategies and maximize market penetration.
- Cultivate partnerships with OEMs to enhance product offerings and reach new customer segments.
- Assume administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or business administration, or related field with a strong technical aptitude.
- Proven experience in sales or technical sales within the industrial sector, preferably with pump systems or related technologies.
- Existing network familiarity within industrial sectors, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment, cooling systems, industrial cleaning, energy production, and liquefied gas applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEM partners, and clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and collaborate with team members.
