PGIM Fixed Income has over $700 billion in assets under management across a broad array of fixed income strategies and client types including institutional separate accounts, sub-advised mutual funds, CLOs, offshore commingled and separate client accounts. PGIM Fixed Income Compliance also supports Prudential Trust Company, a Pennsylvania trust company with approximately $80 billion in assets under management (“PruTrust”). PruTrust acts as a fiduciary and provides trustee services for collective investment funds and other similar investment vehicles managed by affiliated investment advisers.The Compliance Analyst role is a member of the PGIM Fixed Income Trading, Lending and PruTrust Team. This is an exciting, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment, which requires excellent interpersonal and time management skills. The team supports Pru Trust with respect to sub-advisor oversight, anti-money laundering oversight, employee licensing, regulatory monitoring, employee conduct monitoring, policy management, training, board reporting, regulatory exams, and internal audits. The position will also be a key resource for ongoing data analytics and technology project work designed to support and enhance the Pru Trust compliance programs.The Compliance Analyst will assist their peer Compliance teams on matters related to information barriers and conflicts associated with investment activities. The scope and responsibilities of this role will be dynamic to support evolving business models, compliance objectives, the regulatory landscape, and departmental deliverables.The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.What you can expect:
  • Conduct trade surveillance
  • Administer information barrier controls
  • Assist with the oversight of affiliated sub-advisers
  • Support audit and examination requests
  • Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures
  • Respond to ad hoc business and regulatory queries/projects
  • Coordinate compliance materials and reports for quarterly Board meetings
  • Coordinate ongoing compliance training
  • Improve and streamline compliance processes
What you’ll need:
  • 3-5 years of Compliance or similar experience
  • Asset management industry knowledge including ’40 Act Funds, Hedge Funds, ERISA plans, UCITS, and separate accounts, securities markets
  • Strong proficiency with MS software, especially Excel
  • Strong data analytics and process improvement skills
  • A college degree is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail

The salary range for this role is from $83,400.00 to $124,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
