Due to our extreme growth within our pediatric care, we are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Kid SPOT Family. Our Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) creates a positive impact on the lives of children who are on the spectrum.Job Description:As a BCBA with our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our cases are primarily home-based, located in the following area Fort Lauderdale.Responsibilities:Assessment and Treatment Planning:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
Direct Service Provision:
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in their homes.
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies outlined in the BIPs.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
Supervision and Training:
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs and families.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavior programs.
  • Attend team meetings and case conferences.
Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certification: Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensure: Must be licensed as a BCBA in the state of Florida.
  • Availability: Able to work during the specified schedule (one-morning case and two afternoon cases after 1 pm).
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
