- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in their homes.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies outlined in the BIPs.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
- Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs and families.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavior programs.
- Attend team meetings and case conferences.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
- Board Certification: Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
- Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
- Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensure: Must be licensed as a BCBA in the state of Florida.
- Availability: Able to work during the specified schedule (one-morning case and two afternoon cases after 1 pm).
