- Provide hands-on assistance in the operating room, including instrument use, tissue handling, hemostasis, and suturing.

- Certification as a First Assistant (NBSTSA; CSFA or NSAA; NCCSA certification).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1 year of OR CST experience required.

- 2 years: $32.60/hr
- 5 years: $34.60/hr
- 10 years: $39.34/hr
- 17 years (max): $42.77/hr
- Generous sign-on bonus of $20,000 for qualified candidates with 1 year of experience.
