Job DescriptionWe are seeking a person who has a passion for learning, using, and supporting the latest and greatest technologies and loves to teach and help others do the same. Candidates must have a solid understanding of hardware, software, networking, and security needs of small/medium sized businesses. We are a well established company in Wenatchee and have a fun, energetic, and team-oriented staff that enjoys and challenges each other. This is a great opportunity to join our team. This position has direct contact with clients, suppliers, and all levels of staff and requires frequent travel within central Washington.Skills and Responsibilities must include:
  • Design, install, configure and maintain client server infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Windows Server Administration
  • Azure and Office365 Administration
  • Ability and desire to make recommendations for system upgrades
  • Prior work experience with HP Servers and Lenovo Desktops
  • Experience with file and system restoration
  • Professional communication with customers and other staff members to discover and resolve issues
  • Assist with server installation and other system based projects
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, email, file sharing, printing and group policies
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Must have valid WA state drivers license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to solve problems in stressful situations and maintain polite and professional communications with clients, vendors, and staff
  • Strong attention to details

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to end users at various technical levels
  • Time Management and documentation skills
  • Comptia Server+ Certification or equivalent
  • Experience working for a managed service provider ( MSP ) preferred

  • High School Graduate ( Additional education in a technology field preferred )
  • Prior experience supporting servers and applications for small/medium business ( At an MSP preferred )
  • Proficient with general office applications (ConnectWise experience preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • In-depth knowledge of IT products
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
