- Compile property data for clients including market and tenant surveys, competitive property reports, summary reports, maps, and status updates for listing and/or tenant representative assignments.
- Keep the team organized and help track deal progress.
- Manage the leasing sign process, e-blast calendar, and tour book compilation while also acting as a liaison for the marketing team when coordinating new assignments, pitching new business, and creating collateral.
- Administrative support of the team as necessary including order and maintenance of break room and print room supplies.
- Gather and help prepare and distribute marketing materials.
- Assist in the collecting of materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
- Work with marketing to maintain Stream’s brand and consistency in reviewing and creating outgoing marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and other sale materials.
- Assist in team development and progress tracking for all.
- Steward and be a liaison between brokers and marketing for marketing campaigns.
- Organize and coordinate client-specific property information packages in response to Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Letter of Intent (LOIs).
- Maintain the landlord representation client contact database.
- Maintain current information on tenants, market availability, and leases.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality in all communication.
- Maintain the CRM database and distribution lists.
- Coordination of major client/broker engagement events and gatherings along with specific industrial team events.
- Collaborate with content strategist on social media post ideas for Stream Fort Worth via LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels to promote our deals, properties, and people.
- Act as building management liaison – coordinate office access, request building/suite access fobs for new team members, disseminate information provided by building management (road closings, fire drills, tenant events, etc.), validate parking for visitors.
- Bachelor’s degree required
